袁德生：新疆伊犁技师学院院长助理，副教授，高级技师，教育与可持续发展智库理事，1999年为国务院政府特殊津贴享受教育专家，中国机电教学名师，中国机电杰出贡献奖获得者，2019年12月国家批建“国家级袁德生机电技能大师工作室”，主编国家“十二五”规划教材《电机与变压器》，在中国科技核心期刊发表科技论文60余篇，获国家级科研成果一等奖10项，破解试验难题4项，获国家专利两项，为国家教育部大中物理衔接委员会委员。

      Yuan Desheng: associate professor, senior technician, prexy assistant of Xinjiang Yili Technician Training Institute. A member of EASDT council. He was education expert obtaining the special allowance of State Council in 1999 . He is also Chinese mechanical and electrical teaching master and recipient of the China Mechanical and Electrical Outstanding Contribution Award.  In December 2019, the government approved the establishment of the "National Yuan Desheng Mechanical and Electrical Skills Master Workshop".  He edited the national "12th Five-Year Plan" textbook "Electrical Machines and Transformers", published more than 60 scientific papers in Chinese core journals of science and technology, won 10 first-class prizes for national scientific research achievements,  solved four experimental problems,  won two national patents.  He is a member of the Physical Connection Committee of the Ministry of Education.
